OUR STORY
I am Courtney Jones, the owner of Seal The Deal Properties, LLC. Since our beginning in 2016 we have provided comfortable, affordable housing solutions for working class citizens in Dayton, Ohio. It is my pleasure to serve you with single family homes or apartment leases.
Living on the west coast early on, I found it to be too expensive for me to invest. I began looking out of state and landed in Ohio. Discovering the information I needed to make a sound purchase from three thousand miles away was do-able but overwhelming at times. I felt I needed someone to look at properties from a renter and investor point of view. I wanted a real estate fairy God mother or a Real Estate Concierge. Someone to do walk throughs, take extra photos and scope out the neighborhood. Someone to verify repairs and be the “boots on the ground” .
So now, we service renters and out of state investors. For our renters we offer affordable, comfortable living. For our investors we offer our concierge/consultant services. We are making it seamless for you to “rinse and repeat” a process to grow your portfolio. We want to earn your trust and your business. It is our pleasure to serve you.
